I had the most amazing massage by Leah!! Everyone was so pleasant in the spa and the mimosas are a nice touch afterward! I would highly recommend if staying in Gatlinburg!

What a wonderful relaxing escape! I got a turn the tides back facial with Leah and it was the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever received. Afterwards, I got a blowout with Stacey. She did an amazing job and my hair is still smooth 4 days later! The spa is beautiful and everyone was so friendly, helpful and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. I cannot recommend St. Somewhere spa enough! I wish I lived closer so I could go back all the time and will definitely return when I’m in the area. Thank you so much for an amazing afternoon!

We both got the 50 min deep tissue massage and it was amazing and relaxing wish we would have done the 80 min next time we will and I'm going to do the facial too

I was in town for my short vacation. I was sore from my work earlier and tired from walking in town and I decided to have massage last night of my vacation. I should have booked massage every day when I was there! The best massage for me so far!

Kailey, Autumn, Brooke, Marilyn, & Jennifer were exceptionally wonderful & super talented! I got the bundle which included a facial, a sugar body scrub, a full body massage, a mani & pedi, & my hair done. And this was besides mimosas ALL DAY LONG & lunch. Today was the most relaxing day and every single one of these ladies made me feel so special. It was literally bliss and all of them deserve a raise!

The ladies at St. Somewhere Spa were absolutely the best! I came here a few weeks ago to sneak my girlfriend away long enough for our friends & family to set up a surprise proposal I had planned back at the cabin we rented not too far from the spa. I told Tracy & Emily my plans to give my future fiancé a great experience & they did not disappoint! When we got there, they had the room covered in rose petals for us to give it that nice romantic ambiance. Then they set us up with the massage therapists for facials & full body massages that almost put us to sleep because they were so relaxing! Once we got done, they offered us what I thought was just going to be a glass of champagne, but they ended up giving us the entire bottle AND some chocolate covered strawberries to help put us even more into the love bubble. Honestly, it was the perfect date before I popped the big question & it helped everything go so smooth. My fiancé & I had a great time & I would recommend this place for anybody staying in Gatlinburg for a few days. I promise you won't regret it

What's not to love about this place. Costumer service is spot on when you walk in the door. Very friendly, and a really nice clean place to visit. Infused water and fresh fruits to boot. Changing area with restroom and shower was extremely clean and talk about a great shower and steamer. Grace and Jeramy was great, made us feel so relaxed and the massages were great. Will definitely visit this spa again in the near future and definitely recommend to anyone.
