Extremely disappointed. My wife had a great experience and signed up for a monthly membership a few months ago. The most recent hot stone massage hurt her back. She has been trying to get her back feeling better and didn’t want to cancel right away. Well it’s been almost 3 weeks and she decided it’s time to cancel as her back isn’t getting any better. She called to cancel and they canceled her monthly membership but because she didn’t cancel 3 weeks prior to the agreed billing date, they are going to bill us next week for this month. We aren’t receiving any service this month and should not have to pay. I’d stay away from this place as it seems the money is all that matters.

I’ll start by saying that the place was very clean and organized, and the front desk staff were very professional and accommodating. 5 stars for that.

As far as my massage went, it was almost perfect. At the front desk I had selected the box for minimal talking so I could fully relax…unfortunately, the MT talked quite a bit, and I felt forced to engage in conversation. There were some parts of conversation during the first part of the massage where I was on my back that made me uncomfortable. I even mentioned that I am married. When it was time to turn over on my stomach, he made a comment about him turning around while he held up the sheet to keep my “beautiful stuff” covered.

Also, I specifically asked him to be gentle on my legs because they are extremely sensitive to pressure, and he completely disregarded me. I was hurting. Everything except for the legs massage was great. After this experience, I am glad that I opted out of the glutes massage. I will not be going back. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to trust a male MT ever again after this.

So i got a massage here today my appt was at 4PM i arrived at 3:47 they had me fill out forms by the time i was done it was around 4:05 i got in the room and my massage didn’t start until 4:10 massage was good not bad not great just good and when we finished up it was 4:55 keep in mind i was watching the clock the entire time. i got shorted 15 mins now this is my first time here but my mom is a member and when i spoke to her about this apparently its a reoccurring issue she is having as well to where she never gets her full hour. this is disappointing because these massages are not cheap and you pay for the full hour but only get 45 mins maybe 50 if your lucky but overall not worth it.

There are a lot of good and skilled providers. The ambience is great. Clean and the place smells so good. I just miss the flavored water. Hope they'll bring it back. Customer service is also a plus. Courteous and friendly. Love them all!

My son bought me a facial / massage session here and as always, everything is great. The only thing I do not like is when you leave to checkout the girls at the front desk really try and hammer you for a membership and after I told her politely that it does not work in my schedule right now she tried again and then I had to get more personal on why it doesn't work right now for me and I really did not want to go there. That experience alone kinda ruined the 2 hours of pampering I had. I am aware of this program, if I want it I will let them know as they have fliers all over the front desk and leave it at that!

Best Spa in Clovis! It’s beautiful, clean, and the staff are so friendly! My services are always great no matter who they book me with, but if you need a good recommendation for a massage, give Christa a try! I also highly recommend the hot Himalayan Stone massage with CBD oil. Soooooo relaxing.

I absolutely love this place and their membership program. Everyone there is professional and kind. I go there at least monthly for massages. I see Tori and he is a great masseuse and I always feel relaxed after our sessions. I highly recommend hand and stone to anyone looking for high quality massages or facials at a good price!
