Tried this place for the first time. So glad the flavoring is authentic. I purchased a chicken burrito. So glad they toast the tortilla and it comes with guacamole and spur cream. Only, I've never had a burrito without rice before.

My family and I wanted Mexicans for dinner this evening. We're a bit picky, so we've decided to try this place and order out instead. This place does not disappoint at all! The steaks are seasoned well in everything we've ordered. It's not too salty nor over cooked like most places we've tried. Steak burritos were massive too! Definitely will try it out again soon and in person.

This place needs to be paid a visit by a food & safety inspector. This is quite possibly the worst Mexican food I've ever had and I've had some bad ones. Stay away, total waste of money.
Apparently they don't think much of their customers here. They do not make your meat fresh and cooked to order. The flank steak was completely flavorless and the vegetables were soggy and sad but also lacked flavor. The cook should win an Academy award for acting like he was making fresh food. I ordered the protein plate. I made a pathetic attempt to salvage the meal by pouring some of their "fresh" made salsas all over it but failed miserably. It's as if they are not using any salt or seasoning in their food.
The employees looked sad, the cooks looked shady and the food matched the atmosphere. I've had the Sherman Oaks one a couple of times and it was ok. This location however, needs to be looked at by the owner of the franchise before they ruin their name. Maybe the locals don't know what good Mexican food is, but you can't fool an L.A. native. Zero Stars. Zero respect.

Amazing food. Love the plates. Nice salsa bar. It was very clean including the bathroom. This was my first time eating there and I was very pleased. I figured it must be good for a group of firemen to park and leave their hazards on to grab some food from there before they got called out for duty again! Can't wait to come again!

Delicious, fast, and huge portions. The steak enchiladas were the best - i could taste the char on the steak. Yummy! The service was friendly and the place was clean. Can't ask for more than that!

Fantastic Mexican Food. Had their steak burrito and loved it. Salsa selection is great. Tortillas are made on site. Chips are perfect. And they have Mexican Coca-Cola. Great atmosphere. Can be a bit of a wait when it's busy, but not bad. Can order online or via phone and it's reliable.

What happene Poquito Mas?!?! I used to crave the food - This place has really gone downhill!! Was in town/ went there 11/9, and the takeout order was wrong, tasteless & sloppy. I ordered 2 steak, 3 cheese quesadillas (got 2 chicken but paid $15 for each steak), a burrito (that was SO SMALL), and a taco salad full of iceberg lettuce & bland beans - swear there was 3 pieces of chicken on it!
Thiis order cost over $100, and DEFINITELY not worth it!!!. What happened, this used to be best freshmex in WH! So far downhill, from the Quality i remember - i should’ve gone to el pollo loco, and got more, better tasting food for less!

Open an extra 5 minutes to make sure you make it before it closes.
Ordered the burrito. Got a steak, a shrimp and the pork. Steak was the best one.
Loved the self serve toppings for the chips.
Watermelon drink was also refreshing and a nice change from just getting pop.
Parking is street parking and depends on the time of day.
