I've been going there for about 7 months now, and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer. When I first walked through the doors, I was pretty nervous - I mean, one-on-one training? The personal trainers offer a wide range of knowledge ranging from muscle gain to weight loss, technique, nutrition, and more. The private one on one training is great for beginners that may not feel comfortable in an overcrowded gym, and for experienced lifters who want to take their physique to the next level. I recently discovered Mas Aesthetics, and it's been a game changer for my fitness routine. This isn't your typical gym with endless rows of machines. It's more of a boutique space where the focus is on personalized training. I love how new and well-maintained all the equipment is. But the real gem here are the trainers. Many of them are also the co-owners, and you can tell they put their heart into this place. They're super friendly and genuinely invested in helping you meet your goals. I've been hitting the early morning workouts, and honestly, time just flies. After each training, I walk out feeling incredibly accomplished to start the day.
