I was given a home camera from my son in law. He said he received it from Temu. I should have known it was a catch to it! I was trying to set up camera, which I had trouble with scanning QR code. So I attempted to register for the service. After asking for my name & email, then next screen asked for a credit card to be on file but stated" Your card will not be charged". They even had $00.0. The 1st card was declined. It only had $2, but I thought my card wasn't going to be charged! So I added another card. Shortly after, before I completed registration, my card was charged $34.99! Are you kidding me. I cancelled the registration, uninstalled IC camera365. I immediately contacted my bank & asked for stop payment. I was transferred to "fraud department" who will monitor my account, so if company attempts to take money, then they will contact company. I sent an email to them,but have not received any response. All was trying to do is to be able to see my husband, when I have to be gone for long periods of time. He is sick& sometimes forget to eat. He often turns ringer down on his phone or doesn't hear it. So sad companies like this turn out to be scammers. BEWARE Seniors& elderly.
