Dishonesty or miscommunication? False advertising or forgetfulness? I’m not sure what went wrong but we did not enjoy our food.

My fish tacos were dry. They did not have the chipotle sauce described on the menu. The “sauce” I later received on the side by request tasted like mayonnaise sprinkled with sparse dry seasonings. I requested lime slices instead which was better. The tacos weren’t anything to write home about, and included basic ingredients: fried tilapia strips, some cabbage slices, a bit of chopped cilantro and diced tomatoes, and queso fresco sprinkled on top. I didn’t taste any sweet, salty or acidic flavors, and the only fat came from the oil from the fish fry.

I called ahead to ask if they served fresh, homemade flour tortillas. (They do not have handmade fresh flour tortillas but they do say they have handmade corn tortillas). I asked several times- they’re fresh? They’re handmade in house? They are handmade FLOUR tortillas, NOT corn tortillas? They assured me the flour tortillas were handmade. Upon arrival I asked two more people, who also said the flour tortillas were handmade. However, their body language suggested otherwise. I felt hesitant but decided to trust them.

I accepted a seat from our server and my family in from the car. I asked the server about the tortillas and she clarified that they do NOT have handmade flour tortillas. The adults ordered different dishes so we would have handmade corn tortillas.

Another adult did not care for their food saying it lacked flavor, and didn’t taste seasoned. The children did not like their cheese quesadillas, saying they tasted bitter. I’m not sure what kind of cheese they used. We did not receive drinks for the kids meals.

The salsa tastes like it has canned ingredients, and the beans taste like puréed and thinned canned refried beans.

The kids did like the rice and the cheese dip is a standard white cheese dip— these two things, along with a helpful server, elevated my review to 2 stars instead of 1 star. I recommend trying another restaurant.

This place is amazing! The drinks are outstanding! You go through so many flavors before you get to the alcohol it makes you addicted and want more! The food is delicious. They cooked my steak just right. Osso/Teddy Bear has the best customer service and upselling abilities! Can’t wait to find the right opportunity to head back there with friends and family! Prices are very reasonable! It has very well ventilated space so it was not hot in the establishment.

Great service! Above and beyond on Black Friday. Back ground music at the right sound level, a couple of tables busy - we came at the right time. Immediately sat a table and the waitress came for our drink order. I have pictures of the mixed drinks we ordered, but I can in no way, shape or form, tell you what they were. One of them had jalapenos and one of them had a watermelon Popsicle. Both delicious but the Popsicle was amazing! ? We also had the corn cob ribs and they were succulent! Not enough of them on the plate for the $6 we paid, but still delicious!
Food came VERY QUICKLY after ordering and it was, as always, great. ACP Chicken, and two orders of the tri-fajitas (chicken, steak, and shrimp) were just divine! I always order this with rice (the ONLY MEXICAN RICE I EVER EAT ANYWHERE!!!!) and beans. Trust me when I tell you to get the rice sizzling on the fajita plate. It. Is. SOOO. Good!!!
Our mixed drinks were spectacular and the food so good. Just can't go wrong with Una Mas!

Awesome food (their range and selection are better than other locations), great service (always on point) and it's CLEAN! Order the chicken, steak and shrimp fajitas for the lunch special (or for a regular dinner)... You will not be disappointed! Again, their food is great! -- even their rice, which I never get at Mexican restaurants. I didn't realize it came on my dish and I tried it. The ONLY place I eat Mexican rice!

The mango salmon was a perfect blend of sweet and salty together. I like a little spice so I added spicy salsa and it blew my mouth away with the flavors combined together. The Street corn was authentic, flavorful, and mouth watering delicious! All of this was affordable; our entire meal cost $40! Our waitress was Tatiana was friendly and sweet! Other waiters came by to check on us as well and I noticed they did that with all the patrons. We sat right under Selena’s portrait! I was told that this was a Pizza Hut at one point. The interior design was simple and elegant. I loved the blue colored walls. You can absolutely bet I’ll be back!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! THE DRINK MENU HERE IS AMAZING!! MOST "MEXICAN" RESTAURANTS AROUND HERE ARE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME. BUT UNA MAS IS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT MENU AND VIBE AND EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS GREAT AND ALOT ON THE PLATE.

Excellent modern Mexican restaurant! I was pleasantly surprised by how good the entire dining experience was. We had 4 different dishes, veggie fajitas, cheese enchiladas, carnitas tacos and guacamole. All were excellent! They had a beautiful presentation for the dishes, mostly using wooden boards instead of traditional plates. Plates. The guacamole was out of this world good and presented in a way I've never seen before. I will definitely be back. The service was impeccable also.

My husband and I had lunch here today and, even though we have been here several other times, today’s meal exceeded our expectations. Jose was our server and he was super attentive and personable. Our order arrived quickly and was piping hot which is an important thing for me because I hate being served warm food. Not only did my drink , appetizer, and meal taste incredible but the presentation is always so beautiful. I had the marijuana drink special, the loaded guacamole appetizer, and the chipotle shrimp pasta which was superb. We will definitely be back!

Been here twice (in a week) it was so good! The cocktails are amazing. 16oz is $15. I almost pay that for 1 mixed drink at other local bars.

Cheese dip and salsa are great. Love how the salsa isn't too spicy, so my kids would like it too. I had a taco salad that came in a tortilla bowl. My only suggestion is more lettuce, but it was great too.

I have family coming in to town and this will be our go to, if they want a nice dinner night.

Service is great too and they don't make you feel like you're inconveniencing them for them doing their jobs, as other local Mexican restaurants do.
